It all starts with a quick, no-pressure phone chat. We’ll talk about your project, your goals, and how we can help. This is a great opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for how we work. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll book in your 90-minute paid design consultation.

Step 2: The 90-Minute Design Consultation

This is where the magic begins. During our in-depth consultation, we’ll meet either in person or virtually to dive deep into your vision, style preferences, lifestyle needs, and the scope of work. We’ll walk through your home (if applicable), chat about inspiration, and gather all the details needed to create a tailored design proposal. This consult is a $350 investment that is credited towards your design fees if you choose to go ahead.

Step 3: Your Personalised Design Proposal

Within 48 hours of your consultation, you’ll receive a beautifully detailed design proposal. This isn’t just a document—it’s your project roadmap. Your proposal will include:

• A clear design vision based on your goals and preferences

• A defined scope of works tailored to your renovation or build

• A step-by-step process outlining what’s ahead

• An estimated timeline for each stage

• A list of deliverables you’ll receive throughout the project

To make it even easier, we include a short video walkthrough of your proposal so you can follow along and feel confident moving forward.
